The Buyer is cautioned to satisfy himself that all goods purchased from or through our company are safe and suitable for the products being packaged. We specifically caution the buyer that not all products are compatible with plastic, glass or metal, and not to use the bottles or closures for the packaging of any abrasive, caustic or acidic solutions, or any other substance of the same or different natures, which is likely to cause injury to person or property. Lin-Pak personnel would be more than happy to assist the buyer in this area, however, the buyer must assume total responsibility in this regard.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: COMPATIBILITY

Compatibility is particularly important in considering plastic containers. The chart below is a useful guide in judging probable performance of different plastic container materials. It is just a guide. Being certain that a specific type of plastic will serve all the needs of a specific product is a complicated matter and may not simply be determined from the chart. We at Lin-Pak are available to assist you in making your decision as to which material best fits your needs. Our ready access to the technical service departments of the plastic container manufacturers helps us to provide this service to you.

As the buyer, however, you must make the final determination as to whether a given type of container or closure or other packaging material is proper, suitable and safe for use with your product.
